Many of our clients feel overwhelmed by the amount of learning they feel they have to do in order to have a website and publish their own content. One question that sometimes comes up, is what is a browser?

Browser market share

It’s important that websites work well across all the different types of browsers. There are some debates about whether to support some old and, arguably, poorly built browsers. Something like 10% of internet users are still using Internet Explorer 6, for example. This can be a bit of a headache for developers and designers – but so be it. It’s our job to make website that work across browsers.
